Panchatsharam Elumalai
I founded CFO Consulting to support startup founders in achieving their financial and growth objectives. Acting as your back office for fundraising, we manage your financial data room and address investor requests. As a growth-oriented and digitally savvy finance leader, I excel in collaborating with cross-functional team leads to drive organizational profit growth.
My expertise lies in distilling complex business plans into exceptionally simplified financial models and building powerful systems of financial control and reporting. These efforts facilitate successful fundraising, cost-savings, market expansion, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and adept financial management.

With extensive experience in fundraising and corporate finance, I specialize in pre- series A, Series A, Series B, and high-value M&A transactions.
